Crane and Tonya Hearn have been involved in basketball most of their lives as previous players, coaches, parents of athletes and current basketball referees. Crane has been officiating basketball over 30 years and Tonya has been officiating over 18 years. They are both certified in wheelchair basketball as well. Tonya has a background in administration, social work and high school coaching. Crane has a background in education, business leadership and youth mentorship.
In 2022, HOOSIER3ON3 (H3o3) launched a new Christ-focused 3on3 concept for kids! H3o3 runs fun and competitive leagues/tournaments where kids can play without adult coaches and figure things out on their own.
