HOOSIER3ON3 was founded by Crane and Tonya Hearn, a husband-and-wife team which have been involved in the sport of basketball most of their lives. Crane is not only a father and official, but an educator. He founded the youth group ATP (All Things Possible Teenpreneurs) to educate kids and adults in how to not only earn but manage and save money. Along with the youth group he was an education counselor/teacher over 30 years at several different schools and locations. He has been officiating 25+ years involving licenses in volleyball, lacrosse & basketball and is certified in wheelchair basketball. Crane has run multiple basketball leagues/tournaments over the course of 5+ seasons with his wife. Tonya has been officiating for 15+ years consisting of the same 4 sports licenses and certification. Tonya has been involved in the sport of basketball for most of her life. She has an education and coaching background, and has been a girls' basketball coach, teacher, and mentor at multiple schools and locations. The family established Hoosier3on3 as a Christ-focused 3 on 3 league and tournament for kids to play basketball in a safe and fun environment.
